The American initiative has Elizabeth Broun, the director of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, as a jury member, and aims at transforming the park’s underpasses into interactive art installations. LIKE Architects, now based at Avenida dos Aliados, following the Venice Biennale Portuguese programme, have four weeks to compete in the next phase of the competition. Best of luck!

Porto’s Building Pictures focuses on architectural work video production and has recently launched the ‘Arquitectura à moda do Porto’ project. Sara Nunes, Filipa Figueira  and Tiago Vieira are on a mission to produce a series of 10 videos that hone in on the particulars of several Porto architecture styles, and they are currently seeking funding to see them finished. In the belief that details do make a difference, Building Pictures has launched a crowdfunding campaign to finance cost production and video edition. ‘Selling’ Porto at its core, this project aims to raise 3,200 euros by July 16.
