Friday, July 4, at Rua do Rosário, 193, 19h30 and 21h30 again,  Alfredo Bertino and Júlia Valente, from Academia Contemporânea do Espectáculo, present ‘Camacomocova’, a contemporary dance performance. Patch Porto, lifestyle and concept store and one of the most recent spaces in Rua do Rosário – a street that’s been sizzling hot for months now – has been the hub of it all. Everything is for sale here, from clothes to notebooks, mirrors or glasses - trashy meets cool, with a mix of contemporary and vintage pieces on offer. It also holds workshops and performances such as the one being presented this week. Don’t miss it!

Before becoming one of the new, obscure nightlife spots in town, it had already earned quite a reputation. This Friday, July 4, at  23h45, it is showcasing João Ricardo, aka OCP –Operador de Cabine Polivalente. The mirrored deco is hosting a set by the media artist who has already played a bit everywhere, like India, EUA or the Netherlands, and here’s a sneak peek at what you are in for, should you attend.  São Lázaro-Campanhã District is pumping it up!

Saturday, July 5, there’s ‘Shimmie-Shimmie’ at Espaço Compasso – Rua da Torrinha, 113. The event aims at celebrating interest in oriental culture, it is themed after One Thousand and One Nights and is all about Arabian rhythms and oriental flavours. You can expect live music, dance performances and orient spiced fine dining, but there will be loads more to look forward to. From 17h00 to midnight, we’re heading West.
